Election officials in Georgia warned of “grave and serious consequences” if they are prevented from resetting voting machines in several counties.
A judge’s temporary restraining order to keep voting machines untouched in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties is being challenged by election officials who contend that the machines need to be prepared for the upcoming Senate runoff elections in January. The officials have asked the court to lift the block so the Dominion Voting machines can be properly wiped and reset.
Machines needed for in-person voting are being prevented from having their memory cards cleared of data from the Nov. 3 election, according to the officials who requested the restraining order be lifted in a court filing on Thursday.
Voting equipment was set to be tested beginning on Dec. 3 but that has been delayed due to a Nov. 29 restraining order, issued by U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten, in response to attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood who requested the order and an injunction against any altering to the machines in their case challenging Georgia’s presidential election results.
“The temporary restraining order has grave and serious consequences,” Kristi Royston, the elections supervisor for Gwinnett County’s Board of Voter Registrations and Elections, said in a declaration as part of the court filing Thursday.

There needs to be grave and serious consequences if they DO!
If they think we have any confidence in those machines they are crazy. I told the governor’s minion we had to go back to the old paper punch cards as the Dominion machines were not an acceptable options, given recent events. He said I’d need to call the SoS. The SoS is not answering his phone. I am afraid this will not end well.
What?
Their going to jail is grave consequence?
They see that Trump and MAGAs don’t enable their illegitimate lifestyles?

Someone does not understand the precariousness of the situation right now if they’re just bitching about not having their machines ready for early voting. You could always just use... paper ballots.
Yeah, Trump might win and they might go to jail.
Then get new memory cards, save the current cards, and archive the data!
What in blazes is going on here??? I can't believe what I'm hearing.
And Dominion cannot ship Georgia machines not in use from the other 49 states for the runoff election while Georgia examines the machines they used in the presidential election? Do they have something to hide with these Georgia machines they have not yet wiped?
There are plenty of these tweaked machines that they could get from other states and have set up to move R votes to the D column...../not sarc
Have these bastards use paper ballots, black ink (is that racist) and purple die for their thumb. Let’s see how much the Rs will really win by
Bureaucrats are warning a judge? that’s rich.
Can’t hold a runoff election if no machines available.
Mark Davis, President of Georgia-based Data Productions, Inc., considered an expert in five court cases
concerning election disputes, found 40,239 illegal votes——more than triple current margins in the Presidential
race wherein Biden is listed as being approximately 12,000 votes ahead of President Donald Trump.
Davis’ data analytics firm says it has found:
<><> about 40,000 illegal votes cast in Georgia November 3.
<><> found 40,239 people who moved from one county to another more than 30 days before the election and voted in their old county, which in GA is illegal.
<><> The 40,239 people who voted failed to register their new address in time to vote in their new county, and by law they cannot vote in either county until they do.
<><> found over 10,000 individuals who voted in the 2020 election who no longer live in the state, also illegal.
<><> 267,255 people notified the USPS they moved outside Georgia, means they are not eligible to vote in the state.
<><> Yet 14,980 of those outside the state allegedly voted in Georgia on Nov 3, 100 percent of them illegally.
There are a lot of Yankee carpetbaggers spreading money in Georgia.
You can’t just print more paper ballots?
I think they’re letting pols all over the state who’ve been elected through fraud know that the jig will be up if the investigation isn’t quashed.
Governor Kemp is now calling for the machines to be wiped too!

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp told a federal judge that a temporary restraining order granted in a suit by former Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell threatens to disrupt the state’s Jan. 5 runoff election that will determine control of the U.S. Senate. The order seeks to preserve data from the Nov. 3 election in three counties while Powell pushes for a forensic audit of Georgia’s Dominion Voting.
U.S. District Judge Timothy Batten issued the order on Nov. 29, barring Georgia “from altering, destroying, or erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of any software or data on any Dominion voting machine” in Cobb, Gwinnett and Cherokee counties. The judge stayed the proceeding after Powell filed an appeal, arguing the TRO didn’t go far enough.
On Friday evening, a three-judge panel of the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta rejected Powell’s appeal, ruling it’s not possible to challenge such a preliminary ruling unless there’s a true risk of irreparable harm.
We are already at the “grave consequences” stage.
The treasonous criminals need to wipe their prints away asap, before the evidence can indict them.

Yup... it’s reading like a Babyloon Bee storyline....
Their pain makes me happy.
Until the investigations conclude, no one but the investigators should be allowed to handle the machines.
