There is nothing indicating the item was passed to the guy.

Here is the experience:
Kamala Harris had a rally in Las Vegas where nobody, NOBODY, showed up.
Biden was lucky to get a couple of dozen people to come to his few rallies.
Yet, we are asked to believe that 80,000,000 voted for the Biden/Harris ticket?
Not hardly.
That is not in agreement with experience.
It is a lie.
This could just have easily been a crack hand off.
Ruby Freeman and others seen in the video need to fully discuss their behavior with Mr. Waterboard. The first question to ask Ruby: “Are you focused yet?!?”
