Not everybody is dying like Rush is dying. Most of us have more time than he does. “He’s dying” may well have been the response most people had to the question. Approaching mortality affects people.
Ah, no...he is in the final days of his life. It has a profound impact on a person’s mental State.
Those of us who have had an NDE worry much less.
Those made miserable by surgery, radiation and chemo are reminded of their mortality frequently.

Indeed. From the moment of birth, we are all on the path to dying. Rush may be having to struggle to live but he has the God given choice to extend his life as long as he can. No reason for Rush to give up. Where there is life there is hope. I am grateful that Rush wants to fight on and has the advantage of every possible medical assistance.
