I am not sure what your point is. I already agreed with you regarding the fiscal year for budget.
I also clarified that what Billyv was referencing with respect to Dec. 11 government shutdown was related to the debt ceiling-not the budget or end of fiscal year.
The military doesn't shutdown during those times. Anyway, FTA:a two-year suspension of the debt ceiling to avoid default
