There was a complete ignoring of MI law in Detroit, Pontiac, and Flint. Felonies were committed. People NEED to go to jail.
NJ would have been. Murphy by EO had mail in ballots sent to all registered voters. Team Trump sued because he did not have that power. The NJ legislature (controlled by D’s) past the necessary legislation to permit mail in ballots to all registered voters.

Until the Lawsuits were filed in PA, GA, WI, I would say most people were not aware of the number and ways Election Laws were not being followed by Election Officials those states as dictated by ‘shall’ language in State Statutes and Constitutions.
So if the other USA States were subjected to the same scrutiny as the lawsuits did, I am afraid we would see widespread abuse by Election Officials who blatantly disregarded the ‘shall’ language in their election laws and statutes.
Our USA elction system is a mess.

In North Carolina our Governor and Attorney General agreed to an out of court deal with Marc Elias to ignore all absentee ballot rules for the 2020 election. The Legislature filed a lawsuit and the state supreme court ruled that because of covid the Governor could pretty much do whatever he wanted!
In Wisconsin, I believe that the election administrators provided guidance to local clerks that conflicted with the Wisconsin statutes governing the conduct of elections. Of course, all of the bad advice benefited Biden.
I am unaware of the Wisconsin legislature changing its laws.
If the courts hold the laws on the books must be followed, Trump takes the state.
Read the US Constitution, especially about elections. It advances a political mechanism as opposed to a criminal one. The state Legislatures communicate the election choice of electors through them, so that if the election is UNLAWFUL they can choose an alternate set of electors themselves, or reward the candidates who didn’t cheat with the choice of their electors. Or they can come up with their own electors. If no electors are presented, then the Electoral College shrinks by that state’s number of EV (Electoral Votes). If states want to be represented in Presidential elections, they better elect Secretaries of State who can produce LAWFUL elections. hint- “LAWFUL” and “UNLAWFUL” are the correct political terms for the special relationship between states legislatures and the US Constitution in federal elections.
