Typical kindig. Lower it, shave the bumpers, put some wheels on it and new upholstery. And he is always, always late.
Actually I am kinda tied of reruns of Bitch’in Rides.
Kindig does have a talented crew so I give him props for that.

Among my other favorite restoration/customizing car shows are "Iron Resurrection" (ie, Martin Bros, as in your 2nd link), and
"Graveyard Carz", which features only gorgeous vintage Mopars (Dodge Charger/Challenger, Plymouth Barracuda/Roadrunner/GTX, etc.
