Say Team Trump loses the race against time and Biden is seated Jan 20th. However they are able to present incontrovertible evidence after Biden is seated that Trump got more votes than Biden and the court rules in Trump's favor. Can Biden be legally removed and replaced by Trump ?
If he does become the President, his own people will throw him under the bus. Doubtful he will preside for 6 months before he is deemed incompetent to govern by the Democrats, turning the Presidency over to Harris; which I believe has been the plan for some time. They know he is incapable of leading the country in his current, worsening mental state.

No. The only (and extremely unlikely) way to do this would be to present Biden and Harris with irrefutable proof of their criminal activities, which Will be exposed unless the do the following, in exactly this order:
1) Harris resigns.
2) Biden nominates Donald Trump as his VP.
3) Trump approved and takes oath of office.
4) Biden resigns.
Again, EXTREMELY unlikely, but that’s the only way to straighten this out which is consistent with the wishes of the American people.

I’ve been thinking about Biden’s weird “palmist” statement that he read off a teleprompter at Thanksgiving. How could anyone read two passages from the Bible and not know that he was reading from Psalms and not Palms? Biden surely isn’t that unfamiliar with the Bible.
I looked into reading comprehension and senile dementia. Apparently, middle stages of the disease are marked by the inability to comprehend what one is reading. Here’s the info I found:
“What often appears to decline is the ability to understand or remember what they’re reading—that is, the comprehension. This is related to the ability to understand what words mean and what a whole sentence is conveying.”
So, he’s reading the statement but not comprehending it. It’s a jumble of words to him so he doesn’t recognize one of the most familiar books of the Bible. He said “palmist” twice. Obviously, it wasn’t an inadvertent slip of the tongue. This is indicative of middle stage dementia and it affects the frontal lobe according to the information I found.
The decline of the frontal lobe of the brain can also lead to symptoms described as “off-target verbosity.” This is characterized by the afflicted person telling long, meandering, disjointed stories that have meaning and significance only to him. Biden’s hairy legs story and his incomprehensible record player answer I think are examples of off-target verbosity.
Where did this guy have aneurisms? A surgeon probably pushed around brain cells to fix them, no doubt damaging Biden’s brain in the process. People who’ve had brain injuries often are particularly susceptible to Alzheimer’s.
This guy is so demonstrably unfit for the office that his ability to function in it would be extremely limited. If he gets into the office, that will become increasingly obvious unless, of course, the “news” media hides his debilitating infirmity.

That is the only viable and constitutional path.
The Constitution is like a peace treaty between the various political factions in the country. The enemy has breached the contract with their treasonous and traitorous actions (colluding with communist China, Venezuela, Iran) to steal the election from President Trump. As such, they are no longer protected by the Constitution.
Maybe by the Geneva Conventions, but as enemy traitors, no longer by the US Constitution.

They also project their willingness to abide by rules and honor onto their enemies. Our enemies don't have honor, or lives to go back to. Which is why a MAGA March lasts one day while Occupy Wall Street lasted months.
