After a slew of new COVID-19 restrictions in Santa Clara County, where Levi's Stadium is located, the San Francisco 49ers are heading south for their next few "home games."

On Monday morning, the Niners announced they would be playing their Week 13 game against the Buffalo Bills and their Week 14 game against the Washington Football Team at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. That stadium is where the Arizona Cardinals, San Francisco's division rivals in the NFC West, host their own home contests.

Totally off topic, but I had heard that this year was the 100th anniversary of the NFL. I never heard of any anniversary events, but if they had planned any, they all seem to have gone by the wayside due to the virus.

I saw a few minutes of a game yesterday, and it was so funny, so see the view from the Goodyear blimp, of an empty stadium where the game was played.

Sports leagues such as the NFL have committed self-inflicted acts even prior to the C-virus. Football is only boosted by the gambling element these days or the die-hard who holds onto memories of his/her team from past eras.

No fans were allowed into the stadium anyway. Santa Clara County - the original Silicon Valley - is busy being a woke nightmare these days.

“Let the NFL die.”

We had about 20+ family over for Thanksgiving not a single person asked about turning on the game. Then maybe there wasn’t one on this year.

“Screw that I don’t want any CA sports team putting up shop in AZ.”
