If law enforcement, government officials, legislators, and the courts are going to restrict and remove Poll Watchers, and ignore and reject their sworn testimony of election irregularities and outright election fraud, what’s the purpose of having them (as legislated by law)? Why even have them?
This should be pointed out in every lawsuit filed with the courts!
Obviously, there is absolutely no point at all in voting. Why bother? The Ruling Class will just manufacture what “votes” they need and crap all over our Constitution at will. Who is going to stop them?
This is an outrageous violation of the civil rights of ALL Trump voters since it hinges on an election with national implications.
These activities violate the right of every citizen to political freedom and equality.

We have a database containing the names of every citizen in the United States. We have SS databases, DMV databases, IRS databases and god only knows how many more are out there. We can, by physical address identify what congressional districts everyone citizen is located in.
Step 1 - Create an election database. This is contain the names of every citizen eligible to vote.
Step 2 - 180 days prior to the election, you receive a voter card for that election. The card has an ID on it which will match the name in the database. If you are turning 18 before the election, or if you were granted citizenship, you will also receive a card.
Step 3 - Now the simple part. When you vote, whether by internet, mail, in person, or whatever, your name and voter card is matched against the database, your vote is recorded and your name is checked off that you voted. If 300 million ballots went out, the expectation is that there will be 300 million votes. Early voting will begin one week prior to election day. On election day, voting will begin at 6:00am and end at 8:00pm.
Step 4 - Count the votes. Any vote after the polls close will be flagged and set aside for analysis and audit. All of this is done in real time.
Notes: Once a vote is tabulated, if that person votes again, the ballot is flagged and set aside for analysis. If a pattern emerges, an automatic DoJ investigation is conducted.
This insures one person one vote. There are no diversity problems, no disenfranchisement and once the election is concluded, everything is destroyed until the next election and the process starts again.
Until we get a majority in both Houses, that will never pass. Excellent idea, but as I said...

We should have elections on our smart phones. That ensures more Americans can vote. Otherwise it’s racist!
CNN can tell us who the winner is a day in advance. That will be the unquestionable truth.

Democrat vote fraud has been going on for generations, and growing exponentially.
In 2017 when Republicans had complete control, Paul Ryan could have rewritten federal election rules to halt most of this fraud, but he was too busy obstructing Trump.
Why do we have a Federal Election Commission?
