Are these correct? If so, they look pretty similar to me, though the 63's rear fenders are more rounded around the tail lights than the '64.

It’s the roof line that changed halfway though 1963.
A good friend of mine had a 1963 Galaxy, and it had a more square roof line, looked more like a 4 door without the back doors. When you see a 1963 vs 1963 1/2 the difference will be very obvious.

I can’t speak with certainty to the differences between 63 and 64 models but I think you have them labeled correctly
I see they are called ‘boxtops’.
