My hunch is that the courts will toss the suits for want of standing. She’s not a candidate. Voters do not have a stake in the outcome of an election contest.
Even if a voter did have standing, each state has a separate contest. Only a resident of the state could possibly have standing.
Thanks. This is what I think, too. Wood is a voter in GA and his suit was tossed over standing.
She is only the lawyer, the plaintiffs are the Georgia electors running on Trump’s slate. They have standing all day long.
