Always Lime Jello, Cottage Cheese, Pineapple ‘tidbits’ and chopped Pecans.
Mom has the temerity to call this a, ‘salad’ and we eat it politely - except for Beau who would eat the whole bowl were it socially acceptable, LOL!

Remember the orange Jello with shredded carrots? Maybe some canned mandarin oranges or marshmallows?
My sister used to lap that up when they had it at the school lunchroom cafeteria. Of course we had very little sweet food at home so I’m sure it was the closest thing to dessert for her.
I “might” have eaten the salad if the cottage cheese had gone through a blender. The texture is awful, otherwise.
