Until someone presents the servers and their contents as evidence in court of law then they are one of two things: (1) an internet rumor that has gone to far because people are afraid and want to believe in something, or (2) they exist and any the data on them are useless.

If they are not presented in court, they don't count, are of no real value, and are not silver bullets.

Only presentation in court counts.
