Show where either in U.S. law or historically only the U.S. military gets to try people for treason. The Whiskey Rebellion trials were in Federal courts, not Military courts.

The claim that only registered military lawyers can handle treason cases come from someone on WordPress claimed Sidney Powell is a registered military lawyer as if that by itself proves anything. There are civilian lawyers who can present cases in military courts.
