At that time of disputing the vote Gore had conceeded to Bush but then too it back......the Republican Party then conducted a nationwide PR campaign that Gore was a pathetic sore loser who simply would not accept that he’d been defeated. Much of the national media adopted this frame and pushed it.... Just as we see the Demorats doing now against Trump.
On December 8, the Florida Supreme Court rejected Gore’s request for a hand recount in four counties. Instead, it ordered a ‘statewide hand recount’ of undervotes, with the decisions being made according to the “intent of the voter.”
The U.S. Supreme Court then ‘halted’ this recount on December 12, declaring that since different Florida counties used different voting methods, the voter intent standard violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution.
Gore could theoretically have asked the Florida Supreme Court to order a statewide recount with more explicit standards. But he took the advice of one of his lawyers, who told him that this would “cause a tremendous uproar.”
Thus, Gore conceded to Bush a second time..

If there is no proof then Biden won honestly and pigs really can fly. Problem is, proof means nothing if judges think Trump supporters will sit on their hands quietly if the judgement goes for Biden, and negativity and naysaying on our side tells the judges exactly that, that it is safer to rule against Trump and his supporters who- if they act demoralized - will come off as impotent and helpless - than it is to rule against Biden, whose supporters are palestinian terrorists, communist Chinese, Iranian mullahs, Hezbollah, Cuban communists, Venezuelan communists, violent BLM Maoists, the mob, union thugs, and riot-ready Molotov Cocktail-throwing Soros-funded skulls full of mush that call themselves Antifa.
If they don’t fear us they’ll rule against us even though it’s obvious Biden’s team committed fraud. That’s why it’s important for there to be more and more MAGA rallies, and for that to happen we have to remain motivated and pissed, intent on battling it out rather than negative and demoralized and submissively ready to toss in the towel. Whoever stays the most energized will win, which is why the Democrats are doing everything they can to get people to believe it’s a done deal. They want to depress Trump’s supporters as much as possible to confirm the impression that Biden won and has no case and that the electoral college has already voted. And RINOs who are afraid of pissing off Biden’s rioting base want Trump’s supporters to feel defeated too, so that they won’t be called on to make any decisive votes that might enrage and motivate Biden’s base during the upcoming midterm elections.
