Pizza Hut looks to offer a holiday feast on top of a pizza with the release of the new Christmas Pizza over in the UK. The new Christmas Pizza features rotisserie chicken, bacon, sage & onion stuffing and a red wine gravy base instead of pizza sauce. Just add some potatoes and dessert and you have somewhat of a Sunday roast. It can be ordered on Pan Crust, Stuffed Crust, or Classic Crust.

Also new is warm Triple Choc-Chip Cookie Dough (which is basically a giant cookie), which comes with vanilla ice cream. The chain also regularly sells a selection of Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the UK.

We’ve survived Hawaiian style pizza so a half serious “Infamia” if not a “Shanda”

One of the few British dishes I could never bring myself to try!

That, and kidneys with breakfast. Still love a full British fry up, just minus the kidneys.

Best pizza I ever had was in Italy. Salerno. I think it was the local tomatoes used in the sauce.

Best pizza I almost had was also in Italy. A Vatican pigeon swooped down and made off with the slice in my hand. Didn’t get far with it, but I wasn’t inclined to try getting another. Those birds are scary.

I had to look up the Jewish word :)

Never heard a Jewish friend say it before.

But...besides in The Godfather..I’ve never heard a fellow Italian use Infamia before.

Except me :)

Funny, when we go out in groups, every now and then the Jewish guys will speak Hebrew and we Italians will speak Italian.

I always wonder if they’re saying something about me.

They probably wonder the same :)

You never heard ‘shanda fur die goyim’?

Pretty common Yiddish expression. Not so much among Hebrew speakers.

Gravy is good on everything. I like it on my salads.
