Let's speculate on Trump pardons
Vanity

Fellow Freepers: Let us speculate on the Pardons President Trump will issue between now and Inauguration Day (whoever takes the oath.). He is now unencumbered by worrying about an election. (for those who say 2024 if not now - why would a sane person do that?) Anyway, I think General Flynn would be first in line. He was screwed over for being a loyal soldier and Trump confidant. The presiding judge refuses to drop the case just waiting for a new justice department to come on board and proceed with prosecution. Roger Stone - convicted for lying during an investigation of false charges that they knew were false. George Papadopoulos - Another ridiculous charge brought on as part of a fraudulent investigation designed to get Trump out of office. Donald Trump - grant himself a full and complete pardon for any crimes that he may be charged for that occurred prior to Jan. 21,2021. The question of self-pardoning to my knowledge has never been addressed but is not specifically stated as to be a limitation of presidential authority. (Certainly that would cause multiple heads to explode!) And perhaps he should pull a Gerald Ford and magnanimously grant a pardon to Joe Biden for complicity is his role in spying on Trump before and after his election. This would in effect force Biden to admit his guilt by accepting the pardon or risk prosecution (should Trump be found the rightful winner of the 2020 election) by declining the pardon. Kyle Rittenhouse - such obvious self-defense - a malicious prosecution should not stand. Mark and Patricia McCloskey - obvious reasons! I'm sure y'all can come up with a much longer list ! If Clinton could pardon Puerto Rican Terrorists on his way out the door to gain votes for Hillary in her carpet-bagging Senate Race, Trump can and should pardon those who have been prosecuted for assisting him and for standing up for what is right !

Julian Assange and Snowden
Kyle Rittenhouse (if it can be done before trial not sure how it works)

Basically, all the people who were persecuted for supporting him.

Nixon was pardoned without ever having been convicted of anything.

LTG Flynn should be given a ‘hidden’ pardon....that would take effect ONLY after all Sidney Powell’s efforts to get his name cleared fail to get proper justice.

A pardon has a taint....’a person was guilty, convicted (Or would be convicted) - but a pardon is ‘forgiveness.’

IIRC - Sidney Powell told Trump (at the time) - to not pardon Flynn. A pardon would prevent Flynn from suing various individuals for their participation in the FRAME UP.

SO - Trump should give Flynn a secret envelope with the pardon, properly dated....and Flynn can exercise it if the legal system is a total failure *like our election laws are.

Richard Nixon was pardoned for crimes he may have committed, so I would think Rittenhouse could be pardoned at any time.

This is a controversial choice, but as a poke in the eye to the FBI that did nothing to investigate the crimes of the past and maybe future administrations:
