Charles C. Ryrie, a leading dispensationalist since the early 1960s, writes, “A dispensationalist keeps Israel and the Church distinct” (Dispensationalism Today [Chicago: Moody Press, 1965], 44). He quotes Lewis S. Chafer, another leading dispensational theologian: “The dispensationalist believes that throughout the ages God is pursuing two distinct purposes: one related to the earth with earthly people and earthly objectives involved which is Judaism; while the other is related to heaven with heavenly people and heavenly objectives involved, which is Christianity” (Dispensationalism Today, 45).

You can be a dispensationalist without necessarily believing in a pre-tribulation rapture. However, even if the pre-trib position is correct, that doesn't mean that Christians will not suffer under tyranny, as happened in Russia and is happening in China, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, etc. The Deep State players may at first tolerate private Christian worship, as in Cuba and Venezuela. But the education system and the media will be 100% atheist and satanic. Small businesses and traditional families will be harried, and in time concentration camps will be set up for dissidents. This will speed up if BLM/Antifa can play Bolshevik to Biden/Harris's Kerensky.
