Trouble is, the judge in Pennsylvania wouldn't even look at the affidavits from what I read. Reading the judge's decision he mentions only two voters who claimed their votes were incorrectly invalidated. If Rudy had hundreds of affidavits he didn't present them.

If Rudy had hundreds of affidavits he didn't present them. I read that Democrats were successful in preventing almost all of Rudy's affidavits from even being considered by the judge.

You mean the equal protection case? The affidavits were only to demonstrate they’d been wronged and had standing. The rest of the case is in the orders and processes from state officials, and election workers. Fraud was not relevant.
