HSBC received ownership of patents to intellectual property of elections, ballots, systems, cyber & internet capacities. Patent Agreement: Down pointing backhand index
List of patents at link.
Also, Eric Coomer’s name is on several of the patents: https://assignment.uspto.gov/patent/index.html#/patent/search/resultAssignment?id=50500-236

FWIW, HSBC is a British bank doing lots of business in HK.
Patent ownership as security on a loan isn’t the same as active involvement or control. The patents themselves are public documents. What HSBC had was a security interest in any income that would flow from sale of the patents if Dominion defaulted on its loan.
Or, so it seems to me.
If our military hardware was chinese made, there would hell to pay. Voting/election hardware/software ... no biggie.
From a comment on thedonald: HSBC’s main market has shift from local (HK)to China for the last 10+ years, and it has throw most of all its capitals into PRC’s debt market.
That’s actually a very corrupt Brit bank.
Anyone know how to donate to the Sydney Powell effort? There are unscrupulous people who are ready to get you to donate to then pretending to be in support of something they are not before I start sending them money I want to know if they are legit.
I don’t know much about them. I did just come across this: https://www.icij.org/investigations/fincen-files/hsbc-moved-vast-sums-of-dirty-money-after-paying-record-laundering-fine/
And what is the point of a military headed by a bought CIC. Wish I heard about dominion before the election. Maybe we could’ve organized and got those damn things removed. All harder after the fact.
Right under our noses. Words have meaning.
That’s nothing the democrat party gave them Biden as collateral.
For sure
Thanks, not surprised.
UK ownership, but essentially all invested in China, with all the pressure and accommodation that implies.
But, the patents don’t mean anything except that they were collateral. But they do show that Dominion was borrowing heavily from HSBC, and HSBC has substantial Chinese influence. Why not borrow from a bank that is more truly non-Chinese? That’s where this leads.
