UK ownership, but essentially all invested in China, with all the pressure and accommodation that implies.
But, the patents don’t mean anything except that they were collateral. But they do show that Dominion was borrowing heavily from HSBC, and HSBC has substantial Chinese influence. Why not borrow from a bank that is more truly non-Chinese? That’s where this leads.
