Since everyone thought we were going to MD for five days, they all made other plans, so I just got a bird and fixin's for two. Still gotta grab a bottle of the 'family' Liebfraumilch, but we're otherwise ready to cook a Thursday dinner, clean up, and pack for the next morning. I bet I gain five pounds in the next week, but God knows, after the year we've had, we've all earned a few days of 'me' time, present company included. And this will let me get in a little more gift shopping, too.
