The most eye-opening to be is the findings in Wisconsin where the only way to register to vote without showing ID usually has about 1000 registered in this manner. This year? 200,000!

Giuliani had some rather large numbers of folks in that category. Some 15k in one county cast provisional ballots in that category, and he had affidavits from some saying they never got the mail-in ballots.

There was a law on the books when Obama was president that said nothing could be done about ballot theft reported to federal attorneys responsible for the state unless CISA authorized action taken. CISA wrote a manual stressing that over and over, NO ACTION TAKEN UNLESS AUTHORIZED. That’s how Obama protected his second election theft.
