I’m listening to her very carefully and she does not say she has direct evidence they committed this computer fraud in THIS election.
She’s referring to statistical analysis and why the system was created.
She’s also conflating that with a lot of the on site election reports.
I know how lawyers talk when they believe in their case, or want to believe in their case and that’s what I hear.
She’s also talking about legal process without acknowledging the unique situation here. She just said if she filed a month from now the states would all have to undo their certifications. Huh?
She keeps talking about what Hugo Chavez did, that does NOT prove it was done here in 2020.
She just said “are we to think it wasn’t done this time?” Well Sidney, you have to PROVE that.
She also said she only needs preponderance of the evidence in a civil case. This is NOT an ordinary civil case.
Sorry to say, but without more this isn’t working.

She should save it for litigation.

Other than the accusation, how many times have you heard the police publicly release all their evidence of crime before it goes to a court?
Sidney Powell has the DNA evidence. DNA is sufficient to convict. In this case, the DNA is the cheater language written into the software. All votes tabulated on such machines should be null and void. That should invalidate any state’s election results. If the courts require proof that such backdoor language was used to manipulate votes,a forensic analysis of the voting tabulators should reveal the evidence. Its all in the DNA!
