Florida State chickened out and should be made to forfeit to Clemson football.
The Clemson football team was informed at 8 a.m. E.T. when the Tigers were still at their team hotel that their game against Florida State had been postponed.
According to The Stadium’s Brett McMurphy, Clemson football had a player test positive on Friday and Florida State’s medical team was ‘concerned’ about playing the next day.
That would be fine, except the same exact scenario happened to Florida State earlier in the season and nothing was canceled or postponed. FSU Head Coach Mike Norvell tested positive on a Friday– we all know he was around several players on his team- and the Seminoles still played their game Saturday against the Miami Hurricanes.

Indian sure came close. It was a really good game to watch but pretty sad for us OSU fans. Yes, the Buckeyes won in the end but it was not pretty.

I will say Bobby Bowden is a good man, it has to pain him to see what happened to the program he built.

Iowa State plays in the Big12. Far fewer good teams in their conference than the Big 10.
Nebraska is no where near the program they had twenty five years ago. They have been terrible for almost a decade.
Fairly good chance that Iowa State head coach Matt Campbell ends up at Michigan next year. The Iowa State job though is actually pretty good. Not much pressure, pays well, and the fans love him.
Yes, Bowden is probably quite heartbroken at how awful FSU has become as both a school and football program.

Big 12 is decent. But Nebraska would be in the basement there as well.
All the fans are screaming “GO BACK TO THE BIG 12!” But ISU would destroy them, and so would most of the teams.
ISU looked good today.
Looks like tonight might be it for Harbaugh.

FSU is a garbage program. Clemson offered to stay in town for several days to conduct additional tests and play thereafter, and Clemson followed all ACC protocols in place. FSU’s chickenshits still said no.
This BS move from FSU comes after Clemson spent 300K dollars to meet logistics requirements for their personnel and equipment for the game, and that money is now a total loss.
If there was ever a reason to despise the leftist losers at FSU, this certainly is a valid one.
