I do alfalfa sprouts regularly in the winter. I use a very large olive jar. It is at least 2 quarts. In 1999 we had a big cookout here and got a huge jar of olives. The opening is super wide. I got one of those temporary stainless steel circular drain screens you see at the dollar stores. Screen just lays on top and so easy to rinse the sprouts daily.

Very smart! I’m beginning to think that there isn’t a problem in the world that can’t be solved at The Dollar Tree, LOL!

(Yeah, yeah, I know - Made in China. I just read the labels and buy accordingly.)
