Things that I do to maintain health:
Lift weights
sprint
volleyball
swim
hike/walk
eat animal, vegetable, fruit, nuts & seeds (plenty fats)
meditate
read
yoga
sleep 8 hours a day
laugh/socialize
since I work technical work, I do something creative for balance - write scifi/fantasy/journal
take Vit D, Zinc, aspirin, magnesium, and resveratrol (not everyday)

Just don’t tell most family doctors. They’ll tell you that the supplements and diet do nothing.
Once while on vacation in South America, some a..hole retired gastroenterologist from Boston assured me that diet had nothing to do with health and wellness. One simply cannot be born that stupid. It has to be acquired via years of Pharma seminar indoctrination, plus over-exposure to other stupid conventional MDs.
