Boise is in Ada County. Ada County has over 23,000 “cases” and over 200 deaths. Not high by any count. Boise County's where Idaho City is located and your numbers fit with the population of Idaho County.
Boise is being populated by locusts relocating from California. It’s also a college town and Idaho’s most liberal city. And it’s getting worse.
Liberals are a cancer to our society and culture.
What would they do with a bloke like me who cannot wear a mask, due to medical reasons and carries a note from his doctor stating that fact?

Yeah, here in Utah the state emperor Herbert declared an emergency and pissed a lot of people off. My county has 260,000 people, 2353 confirmed cases in the last 10 months, and 24 deaths. 0.9% of the population has contracted it and out of those, exactly 1% of them have died. Let me tell you where he can shove his emergency....
Ada county has a population of 480,000 people. Her emergency is bogus, I’d bet money that this many old people die of the flu normally.
The lockdown destroyed Trump’s roaring economy, emptied America’s streets to allow Antifa and BLM free reign, opened the door for vote-by-mail, and gave an obviously infirm Joe Biden an excuse to stay hidden in his basement.
In other words, the lockdown gave the Left everything they could have asked for in advance of the election.
Should the election steal be proven (as if it hasn’t been already) only the most clueless people in the country won’t INSTANTLY put two and two together and understand they’ve been swindled more than any people in the history of the world by a fake pandemic leading to a fake election.
The aftermath of such a revelation, as tens of millions discover they’ve been gaslighted, would NOT be pretty. People found to have assisted in the plot would literally be torn limb from limb.
Yeah. It is. I’m originally from Idaho. Nampa, in Canyon County, just 20 miles west of Boise. My folks are still there. They both have health issues and are being cautious, but not paranoid. They don’t care about others wearing masks, but do so themselves.
I’m stuck in New Mexico. The governor her has gone batsh*t crazy. Pissing off both sides of the political spectrum.
Going through life scared and ignorant is truly no way to live.
