Boise is in Ada County. Ada County has over 23,000 “cases” and over 200 deaths. Not high by any count. Boise County's where Idaho City is located and your numbers fit with the population of Idaho County.

Yeah, here in Utah the state emperor Herbert declared an emergency and pissed a lot of people off. My county has 260,000 people, 2353 confirmed cases in the last 10 months, and 24 deaths. 0.9% of the population has contracted it and out of those, exactly 1% of them have died. Let me tell you where he can shove his emergency....
Ada county has a population of 480,000 people. Her emergency is bogus, I’d bet money that this many old people die of the flu normally.
