Update 10/30/2020 10:23pm: According to the pro-life group Abortion on Trial, attorney Mike Seibel has been retained to represent Jane Doe. “Dr. Theard’s abandonment of Jane is not only a violation of the licensing act, but is also unprofessional, unethical, and is borderline criminal conduct,” said Seibel. He has filed a letter of complaint with the New Mexico Medical Board on behalf of Doe.
10/30/2020 11:23am: A woman who suffered a twice-botched abortion was arrested along with her husband outside of Women’s Reproductive Clinic in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, this week. Numerous injured women have filed complaints against abortionist Franz Theard, who runs the facility. Theard has also faced multiple malpractice lawsuits, and the remains of an aborted baby were found outside his El Paso abortion facility in 2011.
According to the pro-life group Southwest Coalition for Life, which was on the scene and recorded the arrest, the woman known as “Jane Doe” had taken the abortion pill days ago, but it failed (as it often does). The abortion facility then convinced her to undergo a surgical abortion. Days after the surgical abortion, she was still in severe pain and “unexpectedly delivered remains of her deceased baby at home.” The couple called the abortion facility which advised them to return.
“Coalition for Life staff witnessed Dr. Theard quickly exit the facility, get in his car, and flee the scene,” wrote Coalition for Life in a Facebook post. “Minutes later, the police arrived at the clinic BEFORE the clients arrived. The woman then arrived and entered the facility with a bag containing the remains of her child which she intended to have cremated for burial after receiving medical attention.”
However, the abortion business allegedly took the child’s remains and refused to return them to her. “When Jane asked for the remains back — to which she had legal rights — staff allegedly refused, stating, ‘it’s mine now,'” according to a Facebook post from pro-life group Abortion on Trial.
The woman became upset and the police arrested her for disturbance of the peace. When her husband saw his wife being arrested, he tried to reason with the police and was tasered before being arrested for interfering with her arrest.
“Coalition for Life staff witnessed them both being arrested as the woman was shouting, ‘They stole my baby!’ which is when we were able to capture this video,” said the pro-life group.
In the video, the woman tells Coalition for Life, “I had a surgical abortion but it didn’t work! And I’m in so much pain. And they won’t give me no answers. And then they called the cops. I got… I got no answers.” Police then took her away.
Coalition for Life worked with police to have the woman released from jail in order to seek medical attention for an infection, likely from the botched abortion. The group plans to continue to work with Doe and have connected the couple with the attorneys for Abortion on Trial in order to seek legal justice against Theard and the abortion facility, at no cost to the couple.
Sorry to do this to you but found a few back stores and just blew my mind. I’ve never read anything like this one. I knew abortionist were bottom of the barrel but would seem it’s a toxic barrel.

Wait a minute. Why is she calling for her “baby.” Ghouls.
Besides the obvious evilness of the abortionist I am just amazed at the troubled soul that just successfully fulfilled her desire to murder her baby and then yell in some distorted anguish “they have my baby”. Woman, 20 minutes prior you believed it was just a “blob of tissue”.
How sad. Jesus help her.
Don’t be surprised happens a lot after an abortion. She saw the baby after the abortion and realized what it was. Had she seen the ultrasound before hand? She would not have had the abortion, this is why abortion clinics fight ultrasound laws.
But I would be jailed for killing this demon.

When I post these stories please remember one thing. Yes these women were have a dead baby for reasons that we don’t know about, but the most important is we need to stop the doctors and staff involved in the baby killing.
We need to go after the clinics and shut them down first and foremost.
Yes but we also need to change peoples hearts and minds so they do not seek abortion
