Playing that stupid game of “stick to the rules” is nonsense.
LOTS of times ambulances are not available IN A timely fashion. If you’re right across the street...and let’s say it was your house across from the hospital...wouldn’t it be best to take the person yourself, in person? Time is wasting.
As for the other ambulance not taking her to the neighboring place, same basic issue...hospital declares it’s too busy or ambulance is attached to another. Walk them in yourself.
This is not a good aspect to hang your abortion hat on.
