Increased age for the rich, and nothing covered in healthcare plans for those who are not.
We’ll have people in congress for 100 years now.
Wait...I thought overpopulation was a problem.
“The participants sat in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for five 90 minutes sessions per week over three months”
I am not buying that this “study” proves anything helpful.
The oxidative stress and damage that other cells in the body experienced from dramatically increasing oxygen levels in the subjects’ bodies five times a week does not seem to be accounted for in this article. Laundry bleach works because the active ingredient Hypocloric acid is a strong oxidizer. Like so many other paradoxes in life oxygen both enables us to live and kills us at the same time. Extending ones life as long as possible is all about acheiving a fine balance.
Wow. Thanks for posting! I’ve recently been researching oxygen therapy, having read and ordered several books on the subject. I will be adding your link to my notes as an additional reference.
Only for the wealthy.....................
“Cellular Aging Process.”
Is that a new phone app ?
Maybe this is what is keeping Soros alive.
Why couldn’t he have checked out at 65 or something?
I treat wounds here that includes HBO therapy. We have some people who have had 5 days treatment for weeks. No one reports any increase energy, or skin changes etc.
5 ninety minute sessions per week will cost around $1500-$2000 per session.
I’m told HBO clinics abound in Florida giving sessions for several $100 each
No matter how long he lives it will suck to be him on Judgement day......................
Man, that’s straight where I went! hahaha
Not necessarily. There are other ways of achieving high O2 blood levels without using a hyperbolic chamber. But as the article states, "...making this holy grail a potentially poisoned chalice we need to understand better before drinking too heavily from."
There are side-affects from too much O2 at too high of a level.
Oxygen, tonic for human life.
BTW, I wonder if you can go there now and get an emergency telomere extension?
Out of curiosity, you might actively make more inquiries as to any other changes those undergoing treatment may have noticed.
Also, research the improved QOL for those with lower than normal o2 levels who are receiving other kinds of o2 therapy; those using continuous positive airway pressure devices for instance.
I would be interested in hearing more about your observations.
I would ask all the patients if they noticed anything different about their energy, mentation, skin etc. No one really said they did, but most of these people were in therapy for about 6 to 8 weeks.
The cost is enormous.
You have to have someone monitor you the whole time.
OTOH, Oxygen can be dangerous if you breath it e.g. at night at high doeses.
I really don’t see how this could ever be cost effective and permanent.
A person would have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to add a few months of youthful ness to them.
It's been that way since time immemorial.
I’ve coated my telomeres with sugar to preserve them.
I coated mine with fat.
Then I had a quad bypass..............
