If I were a corrupt County Election Supervisor, here is what I would do to create votes for my candidate.
1. I would make the case that all registered voters in my county are sent Mail-In Voter Applications.
2. I would examine the voting history of the registered voters in my county and I would NOT send a Mail-In Voter Application to any Lapsed Voter who has not voted in say the last ten years.
3. I would fill out the Mail-In Voter Application for these Lapsed Voters using a computer program to sign the application with the Lapsed Voter’s ‘Signature on File’.
So at this point, a corrupt County Election Supervisor has created a valid, but illegal, mail-in voter. The next step is easy.
1. Fill out the mail-in ballot and sign the ballot envelope with the ‘signature on file’.
2. See how easy it is to create illegal votes if a county has 500 or 5,000 lapsed voters.
FReepers we need to start thinking about how we would we cheat the system if we were in charge of the Election Supervisor’s Office.
If I were a corrupt County Election Supervisor, I would be discussing strategy with a trusted criminal defense attorney.

It’s called “ethical hacking”. Figure out ways to cheat the system so that every cheat stratagem can be thwarted. Another name for it is war gaming
