Powell has repeatedly stated that numerous witnesses have come forward to prove fraud. These witnesses need an attorney and Who better to fill that role than Powell. Powell is likely been designated as the attorney for the witnesses. This would explain why the memo came out.

I check Sidney Powell’s twtter daily and today one twt was “unavailable”. Probably whatever it was got her suspended by that twtter nazis.

Exactly. Even better, Powell can be an uber-witness. Instead of the circus of swearing in 200 different and possibly reluctant witnesses, Powell can speak for them, even read all their affidavits.
