I believe the issue will depend on forensic analysis of the code from election computers which switched huge batches of votes from Trump to Biden.Or they may have a witness who saw it done and can show the initial phases of it.
The signal is how in all swing states the counting stopped in the wee hours of the morning after election day, workers were sent home and then after a few hours the computers were re-engaged and then the workers called in for early morning work.
The fact odf the coordination of this timing seems rather odd, because most staes proceeded to finish their counts, working through the night into the next day.
There was a recognition that Trump would win in a landslide so they had to get the votes from several sources, mail in ballots, and ballot drop boxes were the gateway for the submission of many tens of thousands of ballots prepared earlier with only the presidential portion filled in.This is why the envelopes were destroyed so the actual voters could not be traced.
