We don’t need proof of fraud, per se. I really can’t see how you can certify election results with what is clear numerical proof of impossibility of tallies and technological proof of impossibility of counting rates.
THis is plenty enough to get the additional discovery that is requested in the affadavit.
The assumption is being made that every single update represents the real-time counting of ballots.
What happens is that ballots are scanned, results from each scanner are recorded on a memory card, then memory cards are read and uploaded into the results tabulator server.
You don’t remove the memory card until you have finished scanning all of your ballots. So several memory cards get uploaded together in a batch, after hours of scanning.
This analysis of the count on its own does not prove anything.
The way some people on this site talk, you would think that nobody would ever get convicted of a crime, unless they were caught on camera....”this is all just circumstantial”....” this will never hold up in court”..... I get the fact that we are all paranoid about not trusting anyone in government to do right by Trump, and therefore, wishing for a smoking gun that serves as undeniable proof.....but long before there were cellphones and security cameras, detectives were able to gather enough evidence to convict all kinds of criminals, without anything close to a smoking gun.....people here are so pessimistic, they’ve lost all sight of how the criminal justice system has always worked
