Unless and until we see Admin Logs showing that vote totals were modified from a keyboard instead of being input by scanning machines, all this will ever show is that there was potential for fraud, and that stronger safeguards need to be implemented.
But nothing in this affidavit provides enough proof to a judge to overturn the election.
"Your honor, the front door was unlocked. Therefore the defendant robbed the house."
Then they would argue that the computer logs were falsified to show fraud, not that the election itself was fraudulent.
I’m surprised to hear NO discussion of the log files. NONE at all. That is most definitely the key. If the machines were not physically impounded with highly secure access, the log files have probably been wiped.
We don’t need proof of fraud, per se. I really can’t see how you can certify election results with what is clear numerical proof of impossibility of tallies and technological proof of impossibility of counting rates.
THis is plenty enough to get the additional discovery that is requested in the affadavit.
“All this affidavit shows is that there was the opportunity for fraud. No actual proof of fraud.“
#5 lays out how vote spikes for biden could not have been done in the given time period. In other words, biden votes came in faster than ballots could be put through the machine.
#5 is literally a smoking gun, but I guess there will always be people who believe the gun is smoking due to cold weather not due to the gun being discharged......
But it is enough to show that the votes in a precinct cannot be certified.
Provided a judge finds "merit" in this case and does not issue a Summary Judgement to quash the complaint, further legal discovery would likely unearth a smoking gun of evidence.
