Can you unsign a document that you signed? I can say the contract I signed is no good. But legally speaking, the contract is in force because I signed it.

Much of what criminal defense attorneys do is fight to show judges and juries that “My client admitted to XXXX under duress”.
I don’t believe it was signed. They said they would sign it.
