Oh, I'm sure it happens all the time but this one is different. This was a well coordinated attack. The felonies are-a-flyin'. So, would it be election board members, counters, governors?
Nobody on the election board is going to be held accountable. Nobody. Just like parole board members and governors who destroy innocent peoples’ lives.
In the left column, there is a long list of democrats who have committed serious crimes. No charges. In the right column, there is the list of republicans who were convicted on made up charges. Draw your own conclusions.
Who spake it, when/where, etc?

Presidents Washington and Lincoln both used it when invoking the Insurrection Act and calling forth the militia.

You know, there is a rigid, two tiered justice system in the USA. One party is guilty of nothing. The other, guilty of everything.
Prove the fraud and then assuming you can also show they knew it was fraudulent then I expect you can press charges against those who certified it. They're aiding and abetting after all.
