The Florida statute and the “Biden plan” commercials are not in themselves opinions, they are facts, easily evidenced.

You missed the point entirely. I'm not even saying you're wrong, just that there is no way he would be prosecuted for that. That is what politicians do, and there is not a single one that would seriously try to charge him for it. It would get them in trouble when they next campaigned for re-election. Not gonna happen.
