Here in Florida, we could deal properly with Joe Biden as per F.S. 104.061(2):
"104.061 Corruptly influencing voting.—
(1) Whoever by bribery, menace, threat, or other corruption whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, attempts to influence, deceive, or deter any elector in voting or interferes with him or her in the free exercise of the elector’s right to vote at any election commits a felony of the third degree...
(2) No person shall directly or indirectly give or promise anything of value to another intending thereby to buy that person’s or another’s vote or to corruptly influence that person or another in casting his or her vote. Any person who violates this subsection is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. However, this subsection shall not apply to the serving of food to be consumed at a political rally or meeting or to any item of nominal value which is used as a political advertisement, including a campaign message designed to be worn by a person."
"On the campaign, Biden had said he would forgive $10,000 in student debt for all borrowers, and the rest of the debt for those who attended public colleges or historically Black colleges and universities and earn less than $125,000 a year."

There was a notorious Biden commercial that ran on TV in West Coast Florida offering $7,000/year "child care" bribes to parental voters and $10,000 "loan forgiveness" bribes to voters owing on student loans.
Does any one after reading this think that Biden is not a felon?
Those are promises not bribes in my opinion.

No, I didn’t vote for Biden, even though I have a metric crap-ton of student loan debt. Politicians make promises they have absolutely no intention of keeping in order to get elected. Idiots vote for them hoping they’ll actually keep one or two of the promises the politicians made. President Trump is pretty exceptional in that he actually tried to keep at least some of his promises.
Biden, OTH, has a bunch of “constituents” that will be very upset if he really does anything about student loan debt, because most of it is owed to them!
Just FYI, the Athenian Greek voters complained about many of the same things.
If you’ve got a a few million dollars to throw away, go ahead and file a lawsuit and see what happens. Remember, though, that most politicians are also lawyers.

Proving even many Democratic operatives committed fraud in favor of Joe Biden may not be sufficient to keep Joe from moving into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue come January.
We need to put Joe securely behind state penitentiary bars, providing him the “Big House” he truly deserves.
Trump supporters need to look past feelings of being cheated and focus on the immediately actionable illegal Biden promises made during the election contest that are felonies.

The Florida statute and the “Biden plan” commercials are not in themselves opinions, they are facts, easily evidenced.
Pfffttt.... attempted vote bribery is the least of his problems as the list is as long as one’s arm.
