Lifteime is already pretty woke. I remember my wife watching one that included a gay minister who was "married". He wasn't the main character; they just threw in him and his husband (I think they may have had a child) as tokens.
One thing I always find amusing about Hallmark type movies is the tokenism, usually involving black characters. They'll have an almost entirely white cast, but there will be one black token character, usually a doctor or school principal or mayor. I joked to my wife that those characters' last name should be "Token". I'd like to hear someone say "I think Mayor Token is right", or "Thank you Dr. Token".
That is actually the name of the black character on South Park — Token.
