In my (Yuge!) Bookmarks file, I have a video of ballot counters unpacking new ballots from such envelopes -- AFTER the polls were closed (Lower Right...):

You're arguing retail and I think Powell and team are thinking wholesale. If it is shown that there is a algorithm in the counting software that switches votes or creates votes, are you suggesting that those phantom vote totals cannot be adjusted in mass?

Besides, overturning the vote totals might not be the goal. If the results can be shown to be unreliable and not to be relied on, the selection of electors could fall to the state legislatures where Republicans hold the advantage in PA, MI, WI, and GA. The goal might be to get the USSC to rule that seriously contaminated vote totals cannot be used by the legislatures to select electors.

So why isn’t all this in a lawsuit before the courts if it is so great? I think that was the original point. The lawyerd are not using this information in a lawsuit or if it has, it has not convinced a judge he yet.

My guess is that you're not a lawyer. Well, neither am I.

So -- neither of us knows what it takes to put together a case -- especially with hundreds of evidence exhibits from dozens of different types of fraud -- from tens of States & municipalities.

But, I do know this: I'm pretty good at putting together visual presentations -- and, I'm still struggling to zero in on a dozen or less different classes of fraud from all the different types that have been documented.

But, if you're smart enough to structure some bulletproof cases (or even to document and illustrate some of the fraud for presentation as evidence) I expect your contribution would be appreciated...)
