With Powell’s evidence, it should not be a problem to go to court and ask that six points be added to every Republican’s vote total.

I hope the small market reds can afford to do so, I really do. Just drown these fraud-ridden states with legal morass and just make demonrats not worth all the trouble.

You can’t file suit without any evidence Sydney.
Thanks for not revealing any evidence anyone could use Sydney.

Hmmmm. Why 6%? Seems a very specific figure.

I listened to her on Rush/Mark Steyn yesterday. Lots of allegations and inflammatory statements, very few evidentiary facts. I know she should not try her case in the press, but the legal standard for rejecting a vote is pretty hard to satisfy. What is the evidence? Please tell us so we aren’t just hoping for a miracle. Otherwise, this is more hyperbole and hype without facts.

As of last Sunday, a stunning 11 Democratic-held House seats were lost to Republicans (Dems flipped three others).
That’s the biggest net loss in a presidential election year by the (ahem) "winning" candidate’s party in 60 years.

REALITY CHECK Smug House Dems predicted big gains, then suffered the loss of at least 11 sitting members w/ several more expected.
Democrats failed to knock off even a single Republican incumbent - virtually unthinkable heading into the Nov. 3 election.

The dismal results have sparked Democrats' eternal bickering and an internal reckoning, featuring:
<><> moderates blaming liberals for botching the party’s message;
<><> liberals pushing back in defense of efforts to energize the progressive base;
<><> Democrat lawmakers of all political stripes growing increasingly frustrated,
<><> Democrat' post-election finger-pointing has spilled into public view.

I seem to recall them saying the software could flip up to 3% of the votes from one candidate to the other. That would amount to a 6% adjustment. I’m just guessing here.

Where is RNC chair Romney???

(And yes, that is a rhetorical question phrased to emphasize “Romney”.)

No, the runoff provisions are usually when one candidate does not get 50% of the vote.

Recounts are usually based on a vote that is within 0.5%, sometimes less.

I suspect that the Trump teams’ work on the fraud that the have found signals that 5% or 6% is what was used to flip ballots in the counting systems.
