Every county should have to turn votes in at the exact same time. None of this manufacturing allowance.
I seem to recall that happen in Florida until 2016 when some notable red areas refused to play until Palm etc turned in.
That would be good. Every polling place must report at 9pm election night, or agreed upon time.
