That would be good. Every polling place must report at 9pm election night, or agreed upon time.

Adjust it so its 10pm PST, 11pm MST, 12pm CST, 1am EST.
(Need to figure for Hawaii and Alaska though).
Each polling place tallies the votes and reports them.
No more waiting for rural/suburbs or other states to report.
No more ballot boxes arriving in the middle of the night, or thumb drives with tallies on them magically appearing.
