The author uses “Antium” in place of Antrim; there is no Antium County in Michigan.
Several of the precincts cited as “over” exist ONLY in Minnesota.
Dubious evidence at best and if presented in court, will be tossed.

Seems the document has been filed in the court.
The affiant is allowed to clean it up due to constraints of time...wanting to get the evidence filed first...before certification.
Appears it is an allowable change, post filing.
That’s my best guess.
