You’re missing my point.
Look at it from the employee’s point of view.
Who is a citizen of the United States and protected under the Constitution.
Can employers set-aside civil rights at locations on US soil?
Can employers pick and chose which rights they can set aside?
The word n*gg*r can’t be uttered (1st Amendment)
But, a black employee can sue the employer for violation of their civil rights.
Inconsistent?
It is up to us, individually, to surrender our rights.
