Mascara does that... there is a mascara-like hair coating for guys, makes the hairs look darker and thicker the same way as eyelash mascara does. Apparently1 he used it to touch up his sideburns.

You know, the derps will be all over the sweating/running dye thing, but that might get a few people to actually watch all or part of the conference that would not otherwise have watched.

They’ll show a little clip. A few will say, “I need to see more of that Rudy sweating thing”, then they’ll look up the video and watch. If it red-pills even a few, they’ll tell a friend and they’ll tell a friend, and pretty soon, we get mockingbird reality.
