That’s the way fractional voting worked as explained by that Democrat who wrote about black box voting. She also said that it looked like HRC stole 5 States in 2016.
The original case was in Tennessee. A black district unexpectedly elected someone. So she asked a computer guy to look into it (he also was a black dude). He told her that he did not believe it was possible.
However, after he studied it, he figured out how they were doing it.
If I were reviewing the software for this frigging system, my first question to the engineer in charge is “why in the hell are you using floating point (fractional) values to count votes???”. No matter what they said, my next statement would have been “you’re fired”.
There is absolutely no need for fractions when counting votes. None. Zero. The person in charge of the software is either negligent or complicit.
The more I learn about this stunt they pulled the angrier I get!!!! Anyone familiar with some basic software engineering skills could identify the flaws and how they could be exploited.
I’m a proponent of electronic vote taking and counting. I know there are ways to keep it 99.99999% secure ... Pretty much as secure as our military networks! It really isn’t that hard!!! They make this hard on purpose!!!
These damn machines should have NEVER been connected to the internet. I want to know who allowed that exactly as well as the apparent scumbags that reviewed these machines!!!
